Mount Gay "Exceptionally Aged" 25 Year Rum

Distilled by former Master Blender Jerry Edwards in 1999 on a column still, this was aged exclusively in ex-bourbon casks. Presented at 47% ABV, this very limited expression gives aromas of vanilla, red fruits, rich caramel, citrus, and dark chocolate. The palate delivers an opulent journey of raisin, warm cinnamon, tangy citrus, smooth toffee, roasted nuts, orange zest, nutmeg, cocoa, and gingerbread, culminating in a long, silky finish.

With only 2,376 bottles available worldwide, this small-batch rum is a truly rare find.
